Told me that if I did not follow what he was saying I would loose my internet connection for 3 days, I told him that I would check with Virgin.

Never heard of this company and answered phone by mistake. Put it down as soon as they said it was a survey. Am registered with TPS and numerous other groups and never give out my number and if I must refuse permission for it to be passed on. 14 calls now this week and there s still 3 days to go! This is total harassment!

Received a missed call from 01277 557 626 - phoned back as number from Brentwood where I live. No ringing, goes straight to a strange robotic voice saying "Your call is very important to us, please stay on the line while we transfer you to the next available agent" Then silence, no holding music. Hung up straight away as appears to be a bogus call - no company greeting and I doubt they ever transfer you to anyone. Just racking up your call time to get money.

"Jenson" called me,said he was from the BT Technical department and my internet connection was going to be disconnected tomorrow. Having never spoke to anyone called Jenson I tried to engage him in conversation but to no avail, he started getting agitated.
