Scam caller claiming to be from Virgin. The call was made by an official sounding call centre (the woman sounded Indian). She claimed that there has been suspicious activity from unknown IP addresses using my account and that it was being used for criminal activity and that she needed to help me protect my firewalls etc. I immediately became suspicious as I'd heard of such calls being made and told her that I'd call Virgin directly to resolve any issues. SCAM: Caller with foriegn accent tried to get me to renew appliance insurance that I didn't have for £500.
Part of a block-dialing network usually starting with 020 8058 xxxx, phone rings, if you answer call is hung up. No doubt part of a vile scammer outfit using auto-dialers - I get 020 8058 calls a couple of times a month.

SCAM. I have listed this number as scam because the loction pic is the same as several calls I have had from that area. They never leave a message and kill the call as soon as the answer message starts. Any genuine caller would start to leave a message in my view.

SPAM A very quick internet browse told me that this was a spam call and so it proved. Don't even know what it was they were trying to sell, offer, advertise or what but the caller didn't even sound sure of what he wanted to tell me! Just told them where to go.
This number seems to be the usual scam saying money has been taken from your bank account and asking you to contact them.
