The person got through to my answer phone.He had got the wrong person.He was very rude, asked was I deaf dumb or disabled asked was it my british. culture not to speak.When I dialed 1471 was told the number was not recognized.

I believe it's PPI. They have started to vary the numbers, but the dialing code is always a local one, so you think it's possibly someone you know.
