I recieved a call and as the gentleman above it appeared to be a prank call and ater a few seconds the call was ended by the "caller". Unknown caller as yet.

Asked for me by my full name? Asked if I still read the Sunday Times (never read it in my life!).... I won t tell you what I said next but it went very quiet. I told them not to call ever again and hung up. Do they think I ve got nothing better to do than to talk s**t with them? Utter menace!
SCAM. Got my name wrong and put the phone down immediately I asked who it was.

Been having loads of calls from 0156 prefixed numbers. All say variations of "you have been a victim of fraud so your phone/broadband/gas/whatever account will be cancelled...
I get calls from this number every day on my mobile, sometimes twice or three times a day. I never give this number to anyone except close friends! They just called again even though I blocked their number. When I first answered weeks ago, they immediately ended the call. I m worried it s some kind of scam.
Keep getting a call from this number, the last one was 2 hoursn ago. I do not answer numbers I do not recognise.

Very similar to everyone else. Had a phone call saying that I was wanted for Tax avoidance and that they were issuing a warrant out for my arrest if I didn?t pay. Seeing as my tax is paid through PAYE I know there?s no issue with my tax. However the tone in which the call is made is quite aggressive if someone is not used to this kind of con.
