Called the last 4 days daily. Different times. Said they were Direct Solutions. PPI claim I had supposedly.Through credit card - have not had one for 20 years. Or claim through finance loan. Told them situation and they seemed to lose interest.

This is an external number very possibly india - set up to come through 0800 exchange - as everyone who has made a comment here re how often they call I suggest if it is virgin media with an offshore call center they need to close it or at least have them able to answer everyones questions and not just repeat their own questions off a printed list - everyone hates annoying pestering calls close it down or do some proper training for ur advertizements / new packages

Calling regarding a car accident I had. Tricked me into believing they were part of my insurance company. Next thing I know I've been transferred to slater Gordon to make a claim! They keep hassling me despite telling them to leave me along and no accident has happened on the dates they keep providing. Nuisance call is an understatement, these people are scum.
