SCAMMERS be careful, these b@$&ards called me suggesting i had 2 BTC frozen (which i know is bull) and were trying to get me to send them £1800 'release' fees ... they even sent me an image with the BlockChain logo my name etc , checked with Blockchain who confirmed the scam and urged me NOT to speak to these scammers again, these people (https://tradingcenter.org/) but not even on the FCS register and given it is quite an impressive site based in 'London' theye should be... be careful please
A scam. Rang before 8.30am this morning, Automated message about switching off your broadband due to illegal/illicit use. Caught me off guard as I am waiting for messages from hospital about a seriously ill relative. These people are scum.

SCAM / SPAM Received a text from this number, +44 7377 428622, saying that I was due a refund from HMRC and providing a link to click on to start the claim process. Fairly clearly a malicious link so I deleted the text - suggest any other recipients do likewise.

TAXES / HMRC Received a call from 08002853110, claiming to be from Department of Work and Pensions, fraud detected regarding my National Insurance Number, which was being suspended ! I tried to contact DWP by phone, but, due to Covid, was told to go online @ gov.uk. Online - was told to phone DWP contact number. Gave up, and decided to call above number - NUMBER INVALID. Got to be a scam !
Fraud tried to tell me my NI number had been linked to serious fraud and I could be arrested. Press one to speak to an officer. Yes mate because the serious crime agency would call from a mobile with a automated voice at the other end. Tits!

kept ringing, hung up. its a computer calling many homes at once, and when you pick up, if they have staff available they will talk. if no staff, the call hangs up and calls another 100+ homes. very annoying. if not a scam, probably selling junk or ppi that you wouldnt have bought otherwise. AVOID

01515150604 13:14 13/06/2012 Received a call from this number, when I answered the guy introduced him self but did not disclose the company he was working for I asked him the purpose of his call and he wanted to HELP me. I then turned the tables on him and asked him what sort of help he could give me he then went on to sell me compensation for the ACCIDENT I had, He new more about the accident than i did as i have never had an accident. I then asked him why he thought I had an accident and needed his help.
