Seems to be some call centre working for debt collecting companies, but I wasn't able to dig out the name of the company... SImilar number reported with the same scope, so definitelly some call centre.
This is Waste Managed Ltd, also called Cheaperwaste Ltd. Avoid as you will regret a contract with them! There is a Facebook group Cheaperwaste Wastemanaged Unhappy Customers if you had trouble with them. Find a different bin company!

No idea who called as we have a phone guardian so unknown numbers are intercepted except for a couple which are announced giving us the option to accept or reject. The phone does not even ring. They phoned me relatively early, I didn’t pick up at all, seeing as I didn’t recognize the number. They left a voicemail, claiming to be phoning a guy called Nathan who was late to work and wanting him to phone back. I got the feeling it was probably a scam, I’ve just blocked them instantly to be safe.
