Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 20813338xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with Indian call centre reporting as Traffic Management - usual PPI / road accident claims. Both the numbers 03332202550 and 01133 346537 are scam numbers NewDay Ltd and NewDay UK Ltd and Ne3 (and many other companies often registered at the same address may well be genuine registered companies. HOWEVER the name NewDay Ltd and other versions of the name are being fraudulently used by criminal parties to obtain money for non-existent depts.
