To which the caller became very irate and asked for further info, I put the phone down and actually phoned Barclays customer service who confirmed this number does not belong to any barclaycard department! She told me my husband had requested a callback which I knew was a lie because he doesn t deal with this stuff over the net or phone!! when I said that he wouldn t have requested a callback she was really abusive and before she could hang up I told her how rude she was!! Fuming!
