I just received a call from this number at my phone. When I picked up an automated voice said to call Victor asap. WTF? After searching the internet, I found this number to belong to a debt collection agency called Zinc. Not sure why they are calling me as I have no debts.

Called our TPS registered number yesyerday trying to sell their accountancy services. The female caller became rude and agressive when told the number was TPS registered and I ended the call. A very non-English sounding person called “Jake” called claiming to be from EE asked me what type of mobile I had - if he were truly from EE he would have had that information already. Hung up!
I haven t answered it as they ring off too fast, but I also donated to soccer aid. Thanx for the automatic opt-in ITV/unicef, I will never donate again. Added to my phone s auto-reject list.

Missed call. Correlating the time and date past calls from this number suggests it's the Just Eat delivery service. However, in December 2021 I received two missed calls from this number even though I hadn't ordered anything that day.
As soon as you answer, the caller shuts down so what is the point of them calling. nuisance value or to check whether you are in.No idea but these nerds are a menace to everyone.

Hal s reply is spot on. If someone sends a text message to your landline and you don t pick up the phone it gets stored for you to retrieve later. This 0795 number is where you collect the message, plus the number of the mobile phone that sent the text. It s not dangerous. All depends on what the text message says, of course - that could be anything. In my case it was someone texting to say Sorry I Missed Your Call. See? Not dangerous.
Callback to this number rang for several rings, answered then disconnect - I have blocked.
