I was paying for my Mother to have sky, she s recently passed away.I cancelled the subscription and my account stated no marketing calls during the time it was active but not only am I grieving and trying to make all arrangements I m persistently called every day by Sky in Derby. This number has called me a few times, when I answer, nobody speaks ( most annoying ) if it is a reliable company that would not happen. I rang the number back only to be told that the number is not available.

I don t like sales calls on my private mobile as it is, it s an intrusion and a waste of my time but when they lie about having information they don t to try to rope you into their offers, that really makes my blood boil. I have NEVER bought PPI, she also tried to tell me it might be from a loan or credit cards. I have never had loans or credit cards. Clutching at straws she then asked if I have a mortgage - well of course I do but I wasn t giving her anything! Clearly if they knew some "important" problem
