I answered this all on my mobile and they hung up immediately so I rang from a land line and was told by an automatic message that I had won vouchers and/or and Ipad. I was to receive a call shortly to complete a short lifestyle survey at which point I put the phone down as we know what these surveys are like!!!!

Caller then tries to obtain your telephone banking security number by asking for the first "four" digits. This is followed by them saying it's not correct and wanting the last four digits.
