0800 161 5204 This is NOT a Barclays number at all! They phoned me and asked for my dob... I said the year only. To which the caller became very irate and asked for further info, I put the phone down and actually phoned Barclays customer service who confirmed this number does not belong to any barclaycard department! Be aware, they are scammers!

I knew immediately that it was a scam, so wasted his time by "turning my computer on" very slowly and (very pleasantly) asking him plenty of questions about where he was calling from, why he was phoning on a bank holiday (to which he replied "I'm not calling from a bank) etc. He clamed he was based in Westminster and said his phone number was 0203 ........
