I got called by this number at 18:07. The line was silent and when I hung up it called again. A quick search suggested it was Barclays Bank. An odd time of day for a bank to call! I contacted Barclays via their app for a live text chat. The operator assured me it was a Barclays number and not a scam. Turned out to be an automated message claiming to be from VISA payments to say that my card had been charged £300 to Amazon and £1100 to Western Union, encouraged me to press 1 to dispute charges. Decided it was going to be a phishing scam and hung up.

Scammer, says he’s from the NHS asks a few health questions and then asks who your life insurance is with.
A Google search suggests that the number, if genuine, belongs to a company called Motorsafe.
Automated robotic voice telling me that there was a fraud case opened against me and to press 1 to be connected to someone from the HMRC office. If I didn't press 1 then a warrant would be issued against me and someone would be around shortly to arrest me.
