SCAM - running a text-based scam asking you to log into Paypal and update your identity or your account will be blocked.
Pretended to be working with the government to stop unwanted calls,wanted to send a device to plug into the phone to stop the calls,at that point I said no way would I do that,she then hung up.
Answered and the caller immediately hung up.
Called after 9pm -- no message left.
Unwanted cold calling and not leaving a message, dont deal with them.

Just sent me a message on WhatsApp !!!!! Message was "I am in a conference cannot speak at the moment, I am better with text messages. Deleted and blocked.
No one spoke, waited & then they hung up after a few seconds. nTime wasting scammers no doubt!
Asked about recent insulation, then asked if I was the home owner. Told him I was not interested and then started to try a sales pitch. Then hung up promptly after informed that I was busy working.
