I just had a call from them & never picked it up. Male with indian accent said he was from BT, then asked whether I was a BT customer, after asking him why he was calling me, he rang off. In my opinion it was a scam call.

Not actually O2 but a company making it sound like they are from O2, they are just trying to get you to upgrade. Tell them you will call 202 from your handset and upgrade with a O2 representative directly and not to an unknown number
