I have just got this no on my phone too....didn't answer it.
Wanted to perform a life assurance review but new none of my details. Claimed to be working for a pool of insurers and needed me to provide my policy number, insurer and details so that they could go into the right part of their system. I advised that as they had called me but new none of my information, I was unwilling to discuss further with them. They then hung up.
Person said they were calling w.r.t. government grants for the loft insulation I have had installed. I asked him when I had it installed And he hunk up on me. Needless to say that I installed the loft insulation and had no grant to do it. Conman?
