Received automated call after attempting to make a payment with my card which was refused. Automated voicemail left this number to call. This number is for the Fraud line call centre in Sunderland. I was wary at first about giving details and voiced this but service advisor said if worried not legit to call number on the back of my card and will be put through to them (not pressured into giving any security info at all). It seems this company is now acting on a new name of pre UK using the same telephone number. These arseholes are also calling my work place. How are they still getting away with it after all these complaints???? Surely something permanent must be done to stop them!!!! If you Google the number, it comes back to Brother. 0333 numbers are used in the UK and known as non-geographic but are (supposedly) cheaper than 08 and 09 numbers.

I received an automated call claiming to be from HMRC fraud and wanted me to go through a set of number keying. Obviously a scam when I checked the number in Google it came back to a bakers in Glasgow. it seems the callers are spoofing telephone numbers to use in the scam.
Always asks for Mr. Humphries or Humphrys, six years on every week, will not take a telling that nobody lives at this address by that name...........
This is becoming more than annoying.Stop these calls that appear to be computer generated or some idiot trying to frighten people.
I spoke with them on the phone and demanded they remove my number many months ago as i had been getting calls very often. They assured me they would. I have never had a call from them since. They are some sort of debt management company
