Call about the latest 'bank scandal', apparently the company can claim money back to 1980 for misspelling, bad charges etc. I imagine that if it's similar to PPI, this is something you can do yourself.
Pretty sure this is a scam number I’ve had the exact same call before asking for me to read out a code from a text I’d get sent from O2 put the phone down and called o2 myself and they said it was a scam

I received a call from this number last night. When I answered they hung up. They have just tried to call me again. I didn t answer but then called the number back and was greeted by a recorded message with an American accent asking me not to hang up because my call is very important to them . No idea who or what this is, but i m certain it s not trustworthy!

Terrible company to deal with. Will be contacting Trading Standards to see what can be done to prevent them from taking money from other companies without any results. There are lots of other reviews for this company on line- only wish I had read them before signing for a Facebook campaign with them. Please research carefully before you sign anything with them.
