As with the comments above I received two calls from HMRC saying they were filing a lawsuit against me. I was told to press 1 to speak to a case officer who had a strong Indian accent, asked me to spell my name and confirm my address (which I didnt and put the phone down).

This number called me, although this call area is adjacent to mine,I did not recognise it and therefore did not answer. I did however call it back. Reply was a recorded message, no name given but did say that I did not need to call them, they would call again and if I did not wish them to call I should press 1. Hmmm !!! We shall see.
