Kept asking if I was Mr (Last name), I kept asking who he was. He didn t know my full name which is always a flag. Never told me who he was and why he was calling, he got frustrated and ended the call. No idea who he was but wouldn t be surprised if, like the last comment it is a computer scammer. Number is probably spoofed as well.

He said they could put in an appeal, no charge, but if appeal accepted then they would charge to complete the appeal and send in a surveyor. After researching it turns out anybody can put an appeal it takes a few minutes -the whole thing is a complete scam avoid at all costs. 27 Nov 2021 - Re nuisance calls, said they were a call blocking service and that to continue 'helping' me they wanted confirmation of new debit card as current one expires next week (it doesn't of course), and naturally they hung up as soon as I started calling them out as totally evil, I'm very concerned that they do actually con people by this method.
