SCAM - claims to be HMRC threatening to initiate legal action.
Had a call from this number today firstly on my mobile which I managed to reject. It immediately then rang my landline which I didn t answer. Who are these people and how did they get my mobile number? When you ring the number back they don t identify themselves and ask you to leave a message. Sounds very dodgy so be aware.

When asked he said he was from the UK Advisory Information Centre and they ran the Renewable Energy Database where my details had come from. When asked he said he was based in central London. Text Message said I was eligible for the flu jab, and to book via mygp.io app. There was a link to that app, but didn't click it. Suspect it's not genuine, but it did have my correct first name, so will go for neutral for now as I'm the first to review.
