This is a scam number, and probably all numbers 023821464**. Asian sounding voice said he was from "Amazon Fraud Department" and that my account had been compromised (I don't have an Amazon account). He quoted, correctly both my mobile number and my house phone number. Told me that the account would be frozen. I consider this is a scam which would then connect me to a premium phoneline. it is now blocked by my call protect and I advise anyone receiving a call from this or similar numbers with the same dialling code not to press any digit on their phone but hang up and block the number
