This is a Cerebra number. They’re a children’s charity based in Carmarthen that fundraise to support children living with brain conditions and their families. Donations go towards making bespoke products and providing sensory toys to help children learn and play. They also fund research and offer guidance to parents and carers.
Man with Asian accent said he was calling from Virgin Media about my internet connection. He said they were having some problems which are affecting my internet connection but the call then disconnected. I've been with Virgin for many years and they've never once phoned me when there's been problems in the past. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my internet connection and I'm convinced that this was a scam call so I'm rating as dangerous.

Began insulting me after he said I should stop wasting people’s time if I don’t need the loan. Politely asked to watch his tone. Started screaming “Shut Up! Shut Up!”. Hung up. I received a text message from this number just saying "How are you my good friend" so I immediately blocked the number as I do not know who this number belongs to.
I called this number back and linked to an answering machine which informed me I was calling Friends Of The Earth. I never continued the call so I can not say whether it was a 'safe' number or not.
Apparently I am being prosecuted for tax evasion and as I did not press option 1, I will be going to jail. Recorded message.
