Called and hung up

They keep phoning my landline. I tell them every time to take me off their data base because I m not interested but they still phone almost every day. I ve started telling them to F*****f but they still call me.

Found out it s a timeshare cold call based in Tenerife. What they actually do is speak as if they are talking to someone else saying I can t hear anyone on the other end of the line, eventually put the phone down and wait for the person to call them back, obviously at their own cost. So be warned and beware.

The caller claims to be from Microsoft and he has phoned to help fix a malware problem,i asked for his name he said it was Max, his accent was Pakistani and he was very forceful in helping me. At this stage I am uncertain if it was a genuine call

I got a call at work and a female welsh voice said `I understand you are under 60 years old and therefore you qualify for a pensions bonus payment of £1,000 which you will receive within the next 60 days. Please press 5 to speak to us". Presumably yet another scam to try and get bank details or name and address

Tried to get info about me and my company so they can offer me a deal for my clients

Indian/Pakistani sounding clearly calling from a call centre not in the U.K. as he had me on speaker phone and could hear him speaking with someone else as I answered the call. He asked for someone I don’t know. I told him I didn’t know the person and he got rude and aggressive with me before hanging up. I’ve blocked the number.

Trustworthy caller - calling regarding a case that I had raised with an energy provider.

Yes this is HSBC. I have an account with them and this was my LOCAL branch calling to make sure I was aware of changes and to ensure I was using the acc correctly. Very pleasant lady and took 5mins of my time. No problem to report.

fell for these guys too, using another number 02476231293. for western guardian, a company that does exist but it seems don t actually sell any newspapers, did some checks with friends in the newspaper industry and they don t exist. its a scam, fake newspaper website to trick you into thinking they are legit, when asking about distribution numbers and areas they couldn t tell me, went on hold and then reeled off some local place names. everything on their website is password protected so you cant actually r

always kept getting calls from this number on my mobile, before I could answer it the phone stopped ringing. solved the problem by putting the this number on a reject list on my mobile setting, hope this will solve the problem

Hi I received a text from the number I been in contact with someone who has a omicron and send me to nhs website in my opinion it is scam

I answered a call from this number but as above no-one spoke. I have now blacklisted the number to avoid future calls
