As per the comment they made on the 8th Dec 2016 to "hannah" makes me think how many friends do they really want to make. SCAM - claim to be working for o2 to offer a discount, they are obviously trying to SIM swap or login to account as they already have your mobile number they can get an o2 security text message sent to your phone. The text message is legitmate BUT you must not give them the code. It even says in the message never to share the code with anyone. They need the code to access your account. DON'T LET THEM!

Accident I dont drive and it's a heard you were in a car accident recently. Pointed this out (the fact I dont drive, so how did they get this information) and they asked me to hold. Also I've not actually been in a car accident. Number has been blocked.

SCAM. Probably from the same source as 1656737322, a call to my landline. The well spoken, but recorded voice, told me that two suspicious transactions had been noted on my account (no introduction as to who she represented) and that I should take one of two actions. Either press "1" to cancel them or "2" to speak to a service advisor. I left the call open for ten minutes but there was no further communication from the caller. Why Bridgend exchange? I have no idea.
