I called this number back and a young man answered, polite enough and answered my questions without any hassle. He said it was a PPI claim company in Manchester. When I asked why it came up as a Dundee (01382) number he said it's automatically routed to main base in Manchester. I've had 3 missed calls from them so did 141 on landline.

They were calling to see if they had any solutions that would be right for my workplace but I am not in the procurement department so they have the wrong number.
