Called a service user I support, I asked for some thinking time for the SU and for a number to call back on if interested, if they didn t hear from us to view it as not interested. Fraud says they were from BT and i had issues with my internet where someone had gained access and the IP address was being used in different place.
Carphone Warehouse - Cold Call Sales. Assuming it was just a sales call but find it odd how when I mentioned I was locked into a contract that they would "legally pay" me "out of the contract". A whole 2 years worth of bills? Sounds a bit odd to me.
