This number seems to be used by some call centre - I can see very similar numbers reported, all the same range 011326500xx just with last digits different, which is a common thing - they use a range of similar numbers. They are reported with different scope, but mostly call centres work for multiple clients. I tried to call the number back but no luck, number not in service - probably one-way gateway of the call centre not allowing inbound calls so you are not able to call them back. It called me however the line was terrible so couldn't actually hear what they were saying, but my phone suggested it was spam.
Always calling, when you block one number they ring from a different number, no matter how many times you tell them to leave you alone!!!
