This is a scam number, and probably all numbers 023821464**. Asian sounding voice said he was from "Amazon Fraud Department" and that my account had been compromised (I don't have an Amazon account). He quoted, correctly both my mobile number and my house phone number. Told me that the account would be frozen. Fraud 01415737911 - asking me a lot of questions (including bank details) trying to get voice recognition and data. The info they had was wrong and I fed them a bunch of bs. When I asked for my data to be deleted, they hung up.

Recorded message Claiming to be from National Fraud Agency and that they were going to cancel my National Insurance number and asked me to press 1 on my telephone to speak to someone in person.
Answered the phone to someone saying they were from HMRC and I owed money and if I didn't press 1 to talk someone would be around to arrest me. I'm still waiting....................
HMRC ie the tax man would send a letter If they are pursuing you,not a crappy synth voice message so ignore it.Never press a button if told to as it could be a very expensive premium rate line.

Fraud claim to be from bank security about transactions on amazon. Message left at time I was in bank dealing with business number allocated by BT to North Tyneside. Come on BT stoop this misuse of numbers or BBC fraud section will be informed and asked to investigate

I sincerely hope Karma goes to these people and they live their lives in a depressed, poverty stricken slumber.
SCAM / SPAM Automated message telling me my internet was about to be cut off and to press 1 to speak to "my internet provider". ( rather than naming the company that provides my internet which they would know if they were legit. Plenty of scams of this type around it seems.
