I have had calls from the number each evening for the last 3 nights. This comes after regular calls from a number in Russia. I hang up without speaking to the caller.

It's a scam do NOT trust the people that tell you it's the official number. Ive had a chat with support and they cannot confirm this number and told me not to call that number at any cost. There's even a natwest clone website that could trick many people . Its professionally done and natwest should do something about this immediately as it's one of the top links on google search.
