Another call from The People s Opinion representing the leading brands etc. London number but it s not: "Paul Connor" who in common with all his colleagues, had a heavy Asian accent, admitted that he was calling from South East Asia. A woman claiming to be calling about energy research and deals available to us. We've been called many times by such companies who usually want to send round 'an energy assessor' for cavity and loft insulation. When I asked if it was a cold call and that we were registered with TPS, she said not at all so that wouldn't apply to her call (blatantly untrue). She feigned innocence very well and hung up - no doubt we will be called by them again, that's this kind of company's MO.
