I did not answer the call. My Caller I.D. noted that caller left a Voice Mail. Nothing but silence and static on my VM. I called back, twice. No ring tone at other end and total silence.

Numerous calls every day now. The calls have gone from roughly 1 a month to multiple calls a day. Despite blocking them on my phone, they use a different number every time. Now it s Silvershine Services and last month it was Smile Cloud services. Constant barrage of calls from this number always wanting to speak to the account holder, then to ask questions like name, dob, address.. just to confirm the account information? Well.. I made all the info up.. and passed the apparent acount security check!! What a joke. Marketing preferences are all unchecked so they shouldn t even be calling. Yes this is an apparent service call from TalkTalk however, they did also try to sell additional services. Time to make an official complaint.
