Whatcar valuations team. Pain in the arse. Force you to create a log in which then makes you re-enter all your details and then followed by a call every single time and they always ask you the same inane questions.
Keep phoning saying that they have a missed call from my number when I haven't called them. Number is prefixed with +44 so not even sure they are in this country. Annoying and now blocked.

Another accident claim call, different this time though as it was a recorded message designed to sound polite and conversational like a live caller. Company name was stated but too quickly and barely audibly. States they have information of involvement in an accident and asks to confirm whether you have had an accident in last 3 years. I have told them, I do not discuss personal information over the phone, they agreed to email me, however, no email and continuous calls...The lady is very polite and sounds Indian.
