This number is connected to a computer security con – ignore and block. The Company name they give is non-existent – Web Security Global. Internet Someone called allegedly from BT to say my internet was slow. I said “goodbye” and put the phone down
I have made a complaint to ICO as TPS cannot help. Spammer uses multiple phone numbers so unable to trace/block.
Another accident claim call, different this time though as it was a recorded message designed to sound polite and conversational like a live caller. Company name was stated but too quickly and barely audibly. States they have information of involvement in an accident and asks to confirm whether you have had an accident in last 3 years. Cut off when incorrect responses given!

Scam mobile number. After i made a flight booking through OPODO i immediately get a txt message saying my credit card was declined and i was to answer YES to stop future declined. Unfortunately i did reply YES. So this could mean they will use my number for future scam attempts. I already checked my phone for any malware (avg scan). Anything else i should do? Called from this number several days, once per day, they call for a few seconds which is a sign that it is from a busy call center. I live in eastern Europe, so no point to receive calls from UK and I didn t respond.

Silvershine Services. 4 calls in 48 hrs all from Leicester based numbers. Call starts off with an automated voice asking about accident details. After answering yes and giving brief details, I am put through to a human being. Despite telling them on NUMEROUS occasions now that I DO NOT wish to receive these call, they still persist.
