I think that they are a good bunch of people. They are trustworthy. You can count on them.

They told me id had an accident... (which I didn t) so I told them id just done a poo in my pants if they would like to help me with my accident !! They then got annoyed which I found hilarious as after the conversation was over it was them annoyed and not me! That s the way to deal with these harassing fools!

Just had a phone call from this number - asked who was calling and just had giggling and a hangup.

Yes this is HSBC. I have an account with them and this was my LOCAL branch calling to make sure I was aware of changes and to ensure I was using the acc correctly. Very pleasant lady and took 5mins of my time. No problem to report.

Call from agent for EE, which I managed to get them to verify as the number on my phone came up as possible fraud. My broadband/TV Box price has now been frozen by them for 18 next months, (EE previously sent me warning it would be going up at end of contract date) and a free upgrade to super-fast broadband, from fast. This is a timeshare type company making offers that seem too good to be true, and you know what they say about things that appear to be too good to be true!!! When you ask to be removed from their list they refuse and get abusive.
