cold call about possible reclaiming of interest/insurance paid on credit card - asked how they got my number as hadn t had card for years - said it was possibly if i had barclays, mbna or capital one credit card, if i had paid the minimum amount and interest gathered then credit card company were automatically adding insurance to fee from 2000-2009 incorrectly and it could be claimed back. Answered the first 2 calls from this number to hear an Asian sounding voice - in the first instance telling me I had a Windows problem and the second time telling me I had a BT line problem. As I was aware of this scam, in both instances I told them to "get lost" and hung up. Since then they have been ringing me several times a day but since I have caller identity I ignore it. This is plain harassment.
