Received a couple of calls over the last two days from this number - missed calls on my mobile. Entered the number into search engine and found these comments - very useful. I too have just put details into Aviva and a short term car insurance cover company - and these calls started immediately - funny that! Now I ve seen comments - will just ignore number

I recieved a call and as the gentleman above it appeared to be a prank call and ater a few seconds the call was ended by the "caller". Unknown caller as yet.
I ve had numerous phone calls and letters from this company demanding money for an advertisement the say I agreed to and that our conversation had been taped. I then asked for a copy of the tape as I have no recollection of agreeing to an advert. The caller then became very aggresive. This is the fourth company this year trying the same tactics with me. All pure scams. I have no intention of paying them. I am now being harrassed by Ocean Marketing trying the same scam..has anyone heard of them?

I don't know who it was, cause I didn't answer it. When is looking for you and need to speak with you, leave a voice mail, all the time. From this number, no voice mail, so it's not important.I have blocked it.

I was called this morning by a lady saying that she is from the pension office. She asked whether I had private pensions and whether it would be possible that somebody would see me face to face to go through my private pensions. I asked her to write me an email, however she said they would not work like this. By this time I thanked her and said good bye. Not serious at all! It s too long to be a valid UK number. Iffy number usually means iffy reason for calling.
Called just now regarding washing machine insurance - clearly a scam as my washing machine was never registered due to inability to register at the time.
