This number must be part of the range of numbers dedicated to the same call centre - I can see more similar numbers of the same range 2036345xxx reported here already, so far as I can see on internet with nuisance calls, sometimes just robocalls, with PPI - insurance marketing, accident chasers. I received a call from this number saying they where International Wine. Said I had filled in a survey 18 months ago. When told was not interested the women just hung up. 1471 gave me the number so I rang back, got the say woman, told her how rude she had been and my number to be taken from their list. I them received a further 5 calls with no one answering, informed them the number would be reported.

Received a call saying I was owed £3850 from a previous PPI claim (which had already been settled). Indian gentleman said he was Alex Carter from the County Court of London, 227 The Strand. I had a subsequent call from Francis Anderson, same voice, same tone, probably the same person. I was told to hand over iTunes vouchers for £150 when the cheque would be hand delivered to me.
