SCAM Caller said they were from Amazon and that I would have a high payment charged monthly (£79.99) unless cancelled and the caller was going to "help me" cancel my Amazon Prime subscription. After some arguing (as she tried to get me to stay on the line), I hung up and checked Amazon website going through their online chatbot. SPAM i think this is a telephone call automated voice telling you there is something wrong with your Sky Broadband. This is the second time today (by half one pm) i’ve had this,plus one yesterday morning. We were targeted by the same people, from a different number last year, which i reported to Sky along with a load of other people. That was a call centre from Asia and the were about 10 daily. As this is automated - in fact the last was just silent- i haven’t yet reported it, but i will if they continue.

Caller (male, strong Indian sub-continent accent) said he was from the Debt Advisory Department, and was calling to advise me about clearing my debts faster. Worryingly, he addressed me by my full name which I do not normally disclose or use.

Only swapprd it to pay monthly at Christmas and what do you know 41 missed calls since the end of April. before you say they didn t do a credit check because I ve been a T-Mobile customer for so long. So they ve never had my full proper name this is the only place where I used the name they re asking for. ba
