I had two calls from this number today - they claimed to be FX Markets and were enquiring about an account I set-up... I haven t set an account up.

Report to the ICO, this practice is bad enough without having a two bit con firm deliver these calls at a very low standard even for this industry, should be closed down.

Ringing again and again, I just lift up phone and replace it right away so at least they are paying for the call.
