It was to do with my banking contract to help improve my banking package deal ie IF you pay for a premium banking service IE Lloyds Gold where in paying a monthly fee for your account they offer you various insurance packages the twit who phoned me was trying to tell me he was going to improve on my current offer!! I get this call sometimes 5 times a week, morning 9.30 and 1.00. Do not respond to anyone who calls you, that you do not know... There are plenty of scammers about.

The number looked suspicious, and an on line search suggested that it was a scam call judging by the frequency with which the first 5 digits were used. I did not answer.

They rang - i picked up the phone and made no comment - they immediately cancelled the call for fear of racking up their bill
