Caller claimed to be from Microsoft, and there was a problem with my computer. I hung up after a couple of minutes, caller did not call back. The caller new my name and address.
SCAM - This number rang saying they were from Sky Security and tried to get me to change my router / wifi information. Nothing had been reported by me. Mentioned how someone was using a VPN to get access to my network. This is not how VPNs work. Would not give a number out. Used 1471 to find this and check to see if it was related to Sky. Apparently just another scam.
2nd call today, unknown who but they don't leave a message, very suspect!

This crap company has called about 4 times in past couple of weeks. Each time I requested that they remove my number from their database as I think they re dispicable, low life, preying on the vulnerable. A friend who had a car accident was totally taken in by a similar company, as they called the day after her accident, so she thought they were from her insurance company. I don t like sales calls on my private mobile as it is, it s an intrusion and a waste of my time but when they lie about having information they don t to try to rope you into their offers, that really makes my blood boil. I have NEVER bought PPI, she also tried to tell me it might be from a loan or credit cards. I have never had loans or credit cards. Leicester Pervert Qayyum Kamran selling his bum in Spinney Hill Park to local Pakistani men, now taking telephone orders to meet up at your home and give up his bum to you.
English sounding girl calling from she claimed to be Britains biggest Domestic Insurance company. She put the phone down immediately after I said "Excuse me, who are you?". She knew my name which surprised me. And I say "But, ..." and she put the phone down. No UK Insurance company will cold call you or put the phone down.
They ring me every day and I normally hang up the phone but today I answered and they asked if I was who I am and then said okay thank you bye didn t really understand the point of the call to be honest!!

Asked where she got my number she said Road Traffic Accident Department which obviously is twaddle, or there own internal RTA department.
