I just missed a call from this number and they didn't leave a message. They do not accept incoming calls either. I have read that this is a Worthing Hospital number - but so unhelpful as I don't know whether it is important or not.
Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1622370xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with insurance marketing - classical accident chasers, RTA. Just block it if not interested

Claimed they were expedite claims specialist, usual robotic woman who then passed you through to an indian call centre. I let him waffle, gave him some fake car details etc, kept him busy for about 10 minutes before hanging up. number now blocked.
