Called from a noisy call centre. Introduced themselves from black pearl claims. Company registered in leeds kept them on the line the wanted to know my address DOB and if i had any loans.

This is a company called Business Advisory Services who appear to be a genuine energy broker but they are aggressive and pushy on the phone. They don t really declare that they are a broker and ask for information on your energy bills. Having established they are a broker, I told them we have an energy broker we are very happy with. At this point most brokers act professionally and say "fine, keep us in mind when contract comes up" or ask for permission to call back when our energy contracts are up for re

As usual the dirty filthy packies have changed their number again, they basically call you, tell you your pc is fucked which how could they low? Seriously! If you fall for this your deserve it! They keep calling me but don t answer as I don t know he number by they ring me at least 5 times a day, harassment!
