Had a call from this number asking for a Mr Lord (not me). He then asked how long I had owned my mobile number and said my number was connected with a traffic accident in 2012....
This number keeps calling, even though I m ex-directory. Sometimes their side is dead and then they call back again. Its PPI people trying to get me to make a claim. I have asked them to stop calling. They still call. Their telephone manner is VERY rude. Annoying people who I d never use even if I did ever want to claim PPI (which I dont)

On informing them that the person doesn't live here the phone was put down . I'm not with BT either . My Location Leicestershire Called on Thursday at 10.10 Block and report these scammers .

A Company called "TheFull Financial.co.uk" claims it can claim on my behalf over ?11,0000 as a result of misselling of a half interest half repayment mortgage I took out in 2003. The Company wants over ?1,500 as a down payment on a credit card in order for them to investigate the matter with my mortgage provider the "Halifax."
Scammer block it. Someone pushing smart meters would actually know that 2G will soon be phased out, and 3G in due course, and there is little point in fitting 2G meters now. 2G meters will have to be replaced. They should also know who is paying to power the meter (not us!) and to understand and be able to provide a VPN for the connection and an RF filter for protection. (PS If offering a 4G meter, they should also know whether 4G cover is available at your location - if not then call their bluff!)

I had just made a purchase from Amazon and this person with a very bad line phoned claiming to be from Amazon wanting to check my details. This is the second time it has happened. Amazon do not operate like this. Be on your guard.

This is a computer scam. I played along in order to waste their time and to get insight into their methods. There is a warm-up act and a main act to follow. Their first tactic is to say they will cut off your computer unless you cooperate. They take you to Event Viewer administrative events in order to show you a scary page with yellow warning triangles and red error messages. Then to another caller for their main strike. Someone called me on this number this morning twice while I was in a meeting. I called back and someone called Mark answered. I did not give my details but asked why he had called me and he put the telephone down. I rang back but it just rings and rings. They/he has tried to call me a further five times today already(seven times in all) and it is only 3.50 pm. HELP.
