Another scam call from "The Advisors", trying to sell premium savings on life insurance. 'Paul' tells me their website is at theadvisors.co.uk - visiting that results in a rather empty webpage from the domain owner trying to sell the domain for £800. No proper website in place! It's the second call I've got from 'Paul' at The Advisors this week, I blocked his previous number, which was 07723553123. You can spot a pattern in these numbers, they're 0772355xxxx. It appeared on my bank account as pending transaction on 14 May 2023 for the value of more than £30 but I haven’t spent any money with Deliveroo. I will contact my bank if this transaction goes through.

This number calls me frequently. They claim to be Call Blocking Department. They appear to have my name but do not pronounce it correctly. I tell them I'm not interested, and ask them not to call me again. Irony of ironies, they keep calling. Without any firm evidence, I would say it reeks of a scam.
