I received a call from them which involved a woman shouting with the sound or children in the background. They hung up when I said "Hello". I have blocked them. Very unprofessional, even for scammers.
Indian guy called Frank (NOT!) called to get details from me. He had my name and address (which I didn t confirm) but was evasive when I asked what the company is so I hung up. Certain this isn t bona fide.

This is a computer scam. I played along in order to waste their time and to get insight into their methods. There is a warm-up act and a main act to follow. Their first tactic is to say they will cut off your computer unless you cooperate. Scam. Claims to be from HSBC trying to warn me about an unauthorised payee request. Honestly, as if times aren't hard enough without these scum bags trying to steal from working people. Lazy too as it comes from a normal mobile number. They should be ashamed of themselves on several levels. Lazy, thieving and incompetent. I don't know which one is worse.

Like everyone above we bought the space bags after seeing them advertised on TV. We paid for them and didn t think about them again until today when they took ?99.99 out of our bank account with no warning, no brochure, no anything really. It s a scam and I would tell everyone you know to avoid this product at all costs. We re lucky enough to have been able to get our money refunded but I m sure that s not the case for everyone.
