Persistent and now a nuisance. Rang back to ask why I had terminated the 1st call although I was politely firm. Waited a week and tried again. Accent such that I couldn't understand their reply to my questions - eg which company?
same as others. Got quite aggressive. Speak really fast and furiously so to confuse. Give out names and BT ID number if you ask. But the number does not allow call back.

Supposedly from BT re disconnecting the internet line but recorded message had a female voice with an American accent. Was given a choice of two options, did not take either. Just didn't seem right as we pay another company for our internet line.
