Asked for email address as I didn't have the time to speak, told them to send me an email as they seemed to have my info, but he could only confirm my name, so I hung up. Apparently this is the Energy Advice Team and I thought this company were just cold calling me. I soon realised that they were just responding to my application regarding an air source heat pump and solar pv panels on either Facebook or Instagram. Called me claiming to be from Sky, informing me that malicious individuals are trying to hack my router. I played dumb and allowed them to get to the part where they wanted me to install TeamViewer to gain access to my computer. I gave them an earful about preying on vulnerable people, but it will have had zero effect; I just hope I cost them more money in call charges than they were expecting.

I thought it might be a US colleague as it came up US call so called back and it goes straight to redial so something dogey I suspect. They then called back and I answered and its a voicemail saying "you were recently in an automobile accident and yet to claim"

Tried to call this missed call number back but was immediately disconnected I've had a massive increase in scam calls and messages in the last few days so assuming it's another one.

SCAM / SPAM Harri called and said I could be mortgage free and asked a lot of questions to which I replied with “ah ha”. Then I asked her for a company address, her supervisor name, when I could meet face to face, etc, etc. After me calling her back 5 times, the phone number was disconnected, I will try again later! :D I really hope she can answer all my questions, before I hand over my personal details!
